Wednesday Night Wrestling!

All 9th-12th graders welcome! Wrestler must have a physical completed, all DJUSD Athletic forms must be submitted online and confirmation email signed.

Wrestlers will need to get a ride from their parents, or informal carpools can be set up between parents.

THERE ARE NO WEIGH INS!!! Warm ups are 6:00-6:20pm, followed by 3-5 matches (1:30 min rounds, no clock stop). WNW is a great way to get 20-30 matches in over the summer.

We will usually go to dinner together after WNW. If your wrestler is carpooling, please make sure they have water, snacks, and $$ for dinner.
